Dulce Casa Mía (DCM Real Estate Company) hereinafter and subsequently also identified as “DCM” is a commercial name authorized to carry out the Real Estate business through Operations Notice No.6-703-1981-2023-574352177 issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industries of the Republic of Panama, endorsed by the Real Estate Broker License No.PN-4695 issued to its owner and legal representative.

Applicable law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements related to web and brokerage services, privacy policy, handling of data or information, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.

Any controversy, difference, litigation or disagreement arising from the obligations and rights described herein; Its execution, interpretation and termination will be submitted to arbitration in Equity, through a sole arbitrator, at the Conflict Resolution Center, domiciled in Panama City, in accordance with Law 131 of 2013 and the Regulations established by said Center. All other arbitration expenses, including the fees of the sole arbitrator, will be paid by the disputing parties, in equal shares.
